The successful candidate will: be an excellent teacher with QTS who has a passion for supporting children to become confident readers in KS2 have high expectations of learning and behaviour have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team We can offer you: children that are enthusiastic and eager to learn a strong, supportive and committed staff team a commitment to supporting your continuing professional development If you are a graduate with QTS who would like the opportunity to develop your teaching skills through 1:1 and small group work, this would be a chance for you to gain valuable in-school experience to support your professional development. There may also be the opportunity for occasional class cover in EYFS and KS1.
