Are you an energetic, driven, and creative individual with a passion for visual storytelling? We're looking for a dynamic Videographer & Photographer who thrives on capturing the unique beauty of premium properties and can bring out the best in every project. Your expertise in photography, videography, and drone operation will be crucial in shaping our marketing campaigns and elevating our brand.
Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, we offer a fantastic range of benefits including 25 days annual plus public holidays, increasing by 1 day per year, an additional 3 festive days off during company closure, a day off for your birthday, the ability to roll over up to 5 remaining/unused days, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, annual salary and progression pathway meetings, all travel expenses covered and quarterly team building activities!
What you'll do as Videographer & Photographer at The Avenue Estate Agents:
Capture Impactful Visuals:
Travel across the East Midlands region and potentially further afield to premium properties, crafting compelling visuals through high-quality photography, video, and drone footage. Collaborate & Influence:
Work closely with our agents to understand the essence of each property and communicate it through creative visual content. Edit & Refine:
Use your skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop to ensure all visuals align with our premium aesthetic and standards. Innovate in Campaigns:
Be part of a collaborative marketing team, contributing fresh ideas for property listings and broader marketing efforts, including graphic design and SEO optimisation. Maintain Excellence:
Ensure all visual and marketing content reflects our high standards and values. We're looking for a Videographer & Photographer with: Proven experience in HDR photography and videography, preferably within luxury estate agencies or a related sector. Basic knowledge with social media use and optimisation. Full UK driving license. Drone pilot certification (if applicable). Willingness to travel throughout the UK. Skilled in drone operation, social media video creation, and adept at using Adobe tools for editing. Willingness to explore new locations and properties across the UK, when required.
