The business boasts an envious track record of delivering some of the UK's and London's landmark projects. Typically, they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical and education. Despite their size, this Tier 1 M&E Contractor has fantastic staff retention rates with a reputation for looking after their staff. They offer excellent exposure and internal training schemes with a hands-on approach to developing their staff.
Role:
Mechanical Supervisor - Dartford - £280 - £300 per day
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site reporting into the project manager. Upon successful completion of this project, there is an opportunity to move on to a larger 12-month project in central London.
Responsibilities: Ordering of materials Management of Site Store Filling delivery and order notes Ensuring RAMs are signed off Design Review of scope gaps and clashes (red penning drawings) Weekly site and Progress meetings Signing off permits and tool box talks Liaising with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor Coordination of Full mechanical services including specialist sub-contractor Short term programming - management of labour Monitoring and recording variations
The ideal candidate: The candidate must be able to coordinate full mechanical services and have significant experience with four-pipe fan coil systems. Must have experience working in the commercial sector. Ideally have experience working on ISG, Overbury, Como or Structuretone sites.
