Your Mission

As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll do more than crunch numbers—you'll craft clarity, deliver insights, and empower teams to achieve more. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your mastery in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while playing a pivotal role in shaping our company's success story.

Responsibilities:

Master Financial Reporting * Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts across the group. * Transform data into actionable insights using advanced Excel techniques like pivot tables and lookups. * Maintain impeccable balance sheet reconciliations and annual financial statements. * Ensure all reporting adheres to top-tier accounting standards and compliance. Dominate Budgeting and Forecasting * Spearhead the annual budgeting process, modelling income streams with precision and collaboration. * Create and manage financial models to forecast with confidence. * Drive monthly performance reviews, comparing actuals with budgets to uncover opportunities. Transform Financial Analysis * Dive deep into trends and variances to uncover new growth potential. * Provide game-changing insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. Fortify Internal Controls and Compliance * Build and enhance robust financial controls that safeguard our operations. * Revolutionize processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy. Inspire as a Team Leader * Take ownership of month-end processes and deliver with speed and precision. * Cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration within the finance team. * Mentor and develop talent, creating the leaders of tomorrow. Build Bridges with Stakeholders * Partner with cross-functional teams, providing clarity and guidance. * Simplify the complex—communicating financials in ways non-financial colleagues can act on. * Embrace the unexpected with confidence, taking on ad-hoc challenges as they arise.

Experience Needed / What's in your DNA?

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). * At least 3 years of proven success in management accounting roles. * Payroll process expertise and advanced financial software skills. * Exceptional Excel capabilities and a sharp analytical mind.
