What's the role? This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Controller in Tower Park to join our team and play a key role in delivering a top-tier finance function. In this role, you will provide the MD and Board with accurate, timely financial information and reporting. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for financial governance, management, and reporting for the division. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and guide to non-financial members of the leadership team and the wider business, ensuring a clear understanding of financial information and its implications. This will enable the implementation of positive changes to drive business improvement.
What do you need? Experience: 3-5 years financial & accounting Product costing External audit management and control Forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning preparation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Qualified Accountant Desirable but not essential: From the MOD industry Project Management skills
