Salesforce Business Analyst Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Design and recommend Salesforce solutions tailored to the utilities industry, improving customer engagement and operational efficiency. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of system changes. Conduct system testing, UAT, and support end-user training and adoption strategies. Provide ongoing support and optimisation of Salesforce features and integrations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within the utilities sector. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of utility processes such as billing, account management, and field services. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, or Consultant) are highly desirable.
