A reputable and modern boutique firm based in the City near Angel and recognised as a leading firm in their field, is looking for a strong Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their residential conveyancing team. Responsibilities:
Assisting clients in sales, purchases and remortgage matters relating to HNW and UHNW residential property.
Assisting senior Solicitors and Partners in complex matters.
Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters.
Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.
Assist with marketing and the development of the team.
Skills and Experience:
Experience managing a caseload of residential property matters from a reputable firm.
UK qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, ideally with 2-4 PQE, but with other levels considered. Candidates of 6+ PQE are unlikely to be considered.
Though not essential, experience with new build cases is beneficial.
Keen interest in personal development, marketing, and business development.
Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail.
