Up to £90K DOE and PQE Flexible hours and working location can be considered. Day-to-day, you'll manage a caseload of no more than 20 Multi-Track claims relating to a variety of medical negligence issues, working closely with clients to build strong cases and achieve fair outcomes. You will assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements while maintaining a client-focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and making a meaningful difference within a reputable firm. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
4+ PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury will be considered. However, you will ideally be 8+ years post qualified Solicitor or FCILEX. Experience managing a wide variety of Clinical Negligence files including but not limited to; brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, and general all-round medical negligence. Successful track record of billing in Medical/Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury. Manage a caseload of roughly 20 high-value files varying in complexity, over £200K - £millions. NO fixed costs files. IN RETURN YOU WILL GET:
