OHUK are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join one of the UKs leading MEP subcontractors who work within the Healthcare, science, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors throughout London on multi-million-pound projects.

Duties: Manage installation of packages to drawings and specifications. Review the Scope, Produce RAMS Documents where required. Assist the Project Manager with issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment/Packages under the guidance of the Project Manager. Report on site progress to PM. Produce and manage two-week look ahead. Managing Sub Contractors to maintain programme targets. Manage all Health and Safety on site, including Toolbox Talks. Quality Control, Produce and Issue quality control documents, snag sheets, and follow through to signoff. Assist with Commissioning and Handover. Requirements: SMSTS / SSSTS. Relevant mechanical qualifications. Previous experience managing projects within the high-valued commercial and industrial sector. Great salary along with a package on offer.
