Systal Technology Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead their digital marketing efforts. Reporting to Systal’s Vice President of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing and managing successful B2B digital marketing campaigns in the technology sector. This is a hands-on role in a small marketing team and will suit a self-motivated individual who is comfortable across an array of tactical channels. What will you be doing? Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, data-driven campaigns that align with company goals. Contribute to the creation and delivery of Systal’s strategic social media plan, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, to build brand presence and engage target audiences. Manage content posting, audience interaction, and social media analytics to measure ROI. Ownership of the planning, implementation, tracking, and performance of Systal’s paid search, social and traditional digital advertising platforms. Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve business objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROAS. Who we are looking for? Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign execution. Expertise in LinkedIn Ad Manager and paid search advertising. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimisation techniques. Experience in email marketing platforms.
