We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our Children's residential home based in Doncaster.

This is your opportunity to manage a brand-new, 3-bed EBD home within a medium-sized, established company known for its “Good” and “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings across all homes.

We're looking for a Registered Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional care and has the drive to lead a new home to success.

We will also consider a Deputy Manager who is ready to step up, as we offer a superb network of training, guidance, and security - you will have all the support needed.

What You'll Do As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead from the front, managing all aspects of the children's home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted, the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of young people, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development. Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to deliver exceptional care. Be the safeguarding lead, ensuring young people are protected and supported at all times. Maintain and promote a positive culture, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for young people. Oversee budgets and ensure resources are managed effectively.

What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively studying towards. At least 5 years of residential experience, including 2 years in management within the children's home sector. Strong knowledge of governing legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements. A proven track record of delivering high standards of care. Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Emotional resilience, decisiveness, and the ability to manage complex situations calmly.
