We are looking for a Quality expert to lead the Quality & Compliance department for an industry-leading, innovative manufacturer in the Cwmbran area.
This is a senior leadership role putting quality at the heart of the business. The role will oversee quality assurance, compliance, and SHEQ initiatives, lead a team, and work cross-functionally to engage the staff, lead on audits, and drive a quality culture on site.
Reporting to the Operations Director, direct reports will include the Quality Manager, Field Compliance Manager, Quality Engineers, and Health & Safety specialists.
This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week on site and a Friday from home (early finish on a Friday). This role comes with a base salary in the region of £60-70k, plus benefits.
