Be a self-motivated individual with sound retail management experience. Possess good leadership and communication skills. Have the ability to lead and motivate your team of volunteers. Have great visual merchandising experience and a commercial approach to delivering sales. Possess excellent customer service skills. Be sales driven and commercially aware, delivering KPIs and targets.
35 hour week at £12.24 per hour / no Sundays / Great package.
