Seeking a Talented Tendering Engineer in Warrington!

Our client, a Global Engineering Company, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tendering Engineer to join their team in Warrington.

As a Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for the creation of accurate tenders within the time frame provided by working with relevant stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and suppliers for Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Projects for Regulated Industry, covering design, analysis, manufacture, assembly, testing, dismantling, transportation, installation and commissioning.

This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on multi-disciplined projects and develop your skills in creating tender quotes, risk registers, and effective strategies that will contribute towards successful project delivery.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. You should also have a strong track record of delivering successful tenders and projects in a fast-paced engineering environment. An understanding of the latest industry trends and regulations is essential, as is the ability to maintain knowledge of the client's business and the wider market.

Skills:

Create Tender Quote: As the ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be required to liaise with a range of stakeholders, from clients to contractors and suppliers. You should be able to build relationships and work effectively with these stakeholders to deliver high-quality tenders that meet the client's expectations. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure customer satisfaction with your work. Risk Register: In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing potential risks associated with each project. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions and recommendations accordingly. You should have a proactive approach to identifying risks and be able to mitigate them effectively. Hours Estimation: Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to identify all tasks required for each project while maintaining accuracy when estimating timescales involved throughout every stage of the project timeline. You should be able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. You should be able to manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed to ensure that all deadlines are met. Strategy: Our client requires someone who has good problem-solving acumen and combined strategic thinking ability. You will be responsible for creating effective strategies that deliver results beyond expectation. You should be able to think critically and identify potential issues, as well as devise innovative solutions to complex problems. You should have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to prioritize your workload accordingly.
