As a Resourcer at Adecco, you'll be responsible for finding the best talent and pairing them with amazing job opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Scout Extraordinaire:

Find top-notch candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Interview Guru:

Conduct interviews to understand candidates' skills and experiences. Matchmaker:

Pair candidates with their dream jobs and present them to our clients. Database Dynamo:

Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. Customer Service Superstar:

Provide excellent service to clients and candidates. Team Player:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve targets. Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft software and tools. A go-getter attitude with a passion for results. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills. What We Offer:
