Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements. Develops, monitors, and updates the Stakeholder Management Plan. Establishes NOC tracker to track NOC status and ensures timely intervention to ensure approvals in time. Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs. Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and issues. Monitors project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations related to NOC progress. Participates in project design meetings and recommends improvements (if required). Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third-party consultants, and contractors for all technical queries and issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports. Maintains and updates the stakeholders’ mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders’ roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration. Travels to government and authorities offices on a daily basis.
