to support expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and accomplished HR leader with experience in organisational development, design and/or change management to drive the future of the organisation at an international level. You'll spend your time: Supporting the expansion of ENODA's organisational structures, including team structures, roles, and responsibilities Implementing and leading on organisational design and development as ENODA enters its next phase of national and international growth; whilst continually conducting organisational assessments and needs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during scaling Overseeing and leading the implementation of formal learning and development policies and programmes Overseeing and leading the implementation of formal performance management review processes and policies Providing strategic HR advice and counsel to executive leadership on matters including organisational design and development Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations; both nationally and internationally Working with multiple teams across the business to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction Leading and supporting the current HR team on their goals, responsibilities and personal development The key experience we're looking for: Human Resources or a related field accreditation (master's degree, or CIPD Qualification preferred) Proven experience as a human resources leader (both as a partner to executive leadership and leading a HR team) Strong understanding of HR functions, organisational design and development Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Experience in developing and executing HR strategy alongside executive leadership Solid knowledge of UK employment law, regulatory requirements, and best practices Demonstrated ability to lead through change, managing complex organisational dynamics Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels The following would be advantageous: Experience in a high growth environment European and US employment law and experience Experience in managing HR functions within a multi-site organisation Experience of Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or general compensation strategy and planning Understands working in an innovative, tech driven environment What we offer: Highly competitive salary Private Medical Insurance Flexible Pension policy tailored to your requirements 33 days annual leave + Holiday purchase/sell scheme Dental cash-back scheme Cycle-to-Work scheme Season travel ticket loan Enhanced company sick pay & Income Protection Life Assurance This role is based onsite at Quartermile in Edinburgh. * This opportunity is only available for candidates with existing right to work in the UK.
