This is your chance to join a fast-growing food manufacturing business that's just secured exciting new contracts. To support this next phase of growth, they're looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to ensure the right foundations are in place.

This stand-alone role on permanent nights offers autonomy to take ownership of quality processes, with support from the production team when needed.

You'll:

Inspect production processes and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and BRC. Conduct product testing, including allergen swabs and taste panels. Keep detailed records and support internal audits. Help train staff on food safety practices.

The Essentials: 2+ years of QA experience. Level 3 Food Safety qualification. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A driving license and your own vehicle (no public transport available).
