Test Technical Lead
with expertise in test automation frameworks and a strong understanding of healthcare device testing. The ideal candidate will have depth in automation tools and frameworks, along with experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Rally. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Squish, JBehave/Cucumber, and Python. Lead and mentor testing teams, ensuring best practices in test design, exploratory testing, and defect management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage for healthcare device applications. Manage and track testing progress and defect lifecycle using tools like ALM, Rally, and ClearQuest. Provide technical expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to align testing processes with compliance standards. Required Skills: Strong experience in Core Java, Python, Selenium, and test automation frameworks. Proficiency with test management tools such as ALM, Rally, and ClearQuest. Expertise in test design techniques and exploratory testing methods. Healthcare device domain knowledge, preferably with exposure to biomedical engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to lead and guide technical testing teams. Experience with QMS and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
