Job Description

Cantium Business Solutions Systems Management Data Analyst Salary: £25,000 Kings Hill/Hybrid We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented System Management Data Analyst to join our dynamic ICT Application Development and Support team. This role will provide vital administrative support for Cantium’s Systems Management applications and assist with day-to-day activities that ensure smooth and efficient system operations. You will maintain data integrity, generate reports, produce system documentation, and assist with application changes and updates, while ensuring compliance with regulations. If you have a passion for data management, system support, and project involvement, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in an evolving service environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily BAU support to our customer base, handling incidents and requests in line with customer SLA’s. Provide support and documentation for small to medium-scale projects, participating across all project phases as needed. Analyse and produce data reports, including performance management reports and ad hoc requests. Document system enhancements, maintain system knowledgebases, and communicate updates via intranet and staff newsletters. Assist with testing system enhancements and configuring required changes under guidance from System Management Analysts. Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational information. Maintain system data integrity by addressing duplicate records, outdated information, and ensuring accurate customer contract records. Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations, address data breaches, and manage access controls and license thresholds for the system. What we need: Experience in an IT Service Desk environment Experience with ServiceNow support or another ITSM Competence in monitoring and amending information systems, databases, and spreadsheets Strong oral and written communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of supported Information Management Systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ITIL Foundation Certification (Bonus) What Cantium can offer you: Minimum of 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) Generous contributory pension scheme.
