We need you to be an Administrator who enjoys working with people and figures, someone who can be the “glue” that keeps the team together.
This is a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 role based in pleasant offices with free parking.

Making clients and visitors feel welcome Organising refreshments for meetings Making appointments and confirming meetings Answering incoming calls with professional warmth Typing letters, emails, invoices, and engagement letters Monitoring and ordering stationery File management Petty Cash management Assisting with basic bookkeeping and VAT returns using a cloud-based accounting system
What will you bring to the role? A personable approach to work - lots of warmth and empathy Previous good all-round admin and reception experience An aptitude for figure work Good MS Word skills Good organisational skills Ability to see the bigger picture while managing details An appreciation of being part of a small but successful team Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is appreciated, but training is available
