Customer Support Team —a key player in delivering exceptional service to their clients. This is a
busy, fast-paced role
where you'll liaise with customers daily across
phone calls, live chat, emails, and WhatsApp —resolving queries and ensuring operations run seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing:
Managing customer communications: responding via phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email Raising orders, processing invoices, and resolving delivery issues, including damages or missed deliveries Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences Maintaining accurate system updates with customer activity and key processes What We're Looking For:
A problem solver who thrives under pressure and can think on their feet Someone who loves building relationships, both with customers and teammates Strong multitasking skills—you'll juggle customer calls, messages, and admin tasks effortlessly A compassionate, kind, and empathetic approach to customer queries Essential Skills:
