Group Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager

to oversee and drive our organisation's EHS initiatives across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the future of health, safety, and environmental performance within a dynamic and growing company. Key Responsibilities EHS Leadership: Develop, implement, and monitor group-wide health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Training & Awareness: Design and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a safety-first culture. Sustainability: Lead environmental initiatives, energy efficiency projects. Data Analysis: Track and analyse EHS performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. Audit & Inspection: Conduct regular EHS audits to ensure consistency across multiple sites and continuous improvement. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans to handle incidents effectively. About You Qualifications: Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications. Experience: Proven track record in a senior EHS management role within a multi-site, industrial, or corporate environment. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and safety management systems. Why Join Us?
