Full-time Join our client's organization, where the focus is on developing innovative products and providing technology leadership. This strategic leadership role within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Operations Team involves directing all operational and strategic activities for the Platform(s) to ensure our client's goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Day-to-day of the role: Direct and manage all operational and strategic activities for the Platform(s), ensuring alignment with our client's digital vision. Define, create, improve, and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure IT services, enhancing customer experiences and meeting organisational goals. Develop and execute a vision for the team and Platform(s) that integrates with the overall business strategy. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in customer experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. Manage commercial relationships, negotiate and manage technical estates, and demonstrate strong commercial decision-making. Lead the team in managing resources, developing technical staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Oversee budget management, applying controls and governance to ensure fiscal responsibility and value for the agreed spend. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in digital platform management, preferably within the education or technology sector. Strong track record in managing large-scale digital transformation programmes. Experience in cloud-based development and production of platforms, including Salesforce and Mulesoft. Expertise in managing significant budgets and commercial negotiations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Salesforce certification and evidence of professional development.
