Calling all sales-savvy individuals with a passion for the automotive industry! We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and thriving team on the outskirts of Chichester. If you possess an excellent telephone manner, exceptional customer service skills, and can communicate persuasively, then we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers. Your infectious enthusiasm and ability to adapt to various customer needs will be key to your success. With comprehensive training provided, you'll develop a deep understanding of our client's offerings to deliver top-notch service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintaining a high level of energy to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Utilising your IT skills to navigate our client's CRM system and accurately update customer information. Collaborating with the wider team to share insights and best practices, ensuring the achievement of team targets.

Competitive salary with a basic of c£25,000 and a realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum. Opportunity for a permanent position after a successful temporary period. Requirements:

A valid driver's licence and a passion for all things automotive. Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, accompanied by a positive and confident phone manner. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
