Deputy Home Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the Ofsted registered 4-bed residential home. You will be responsible for: Support the Registered Manager in delivering the home's Statement of Purpose. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Contribute to care planning and development for young people. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Home Manager, Assistant Care Manager or in a similar role. At least 2 years’ experience at senior support level within a residential childcare setting. Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People’s Workforce) or equivalent.
