THE ROLE:
People management of NDT/Inspector team - disciplinaries, reviews, holidays, relationship management Improving QC performance, using CI methods to drive this Defining quality requirements for production performance Training & development
THE PERSON: Experience with People Management (Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager levels) Previous experience in a Quality or Continuous Improvement role Candidate ideally from an Engineering/Manufacturing environment Must have experience working to ISO9001
