Role overview:
My client is a long established and respected Civil Engineering Company.
They specialise in several sectors of the construction industry which include:
Earth dams and river control Roads and bridges Steel-framed building design and fabrication Domestic and commercial refurbishment Golf course and playing-field construction Piling and underpinning Pipelines and tunnelling Pre-cast and reinforced concrete Lime stabilisation and subsoil modification Water meter installation Due to planned growth and a healthy order book, they are looking to secure a Site Engineer to assist in the timely delivery of these projects.
Duties:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for all setting out, producing as-built surveys, and QA of our scope of works. You will be supported by the senior management and the senior engineer on site to ensure the smooth running of projects and solving any technical issues within the design.
You will be a Degree qualified engineer with ideally groundworks/utilities experience and at least a year's site experience.
Qualifications: Ambitious and career driven Exceptional management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable experience in previous roles Ability to deliver projects
