Marble Talent Group is on the hunt for a seasoned Fire & Security Recruitment Consultant who can help build on our largest department in the company with an already hot desk. We need someone with experience in the Fire & Security sector who can hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Fire & Security sector. Sourcing and matching high-quality candidates to suitable roles. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to successful candidate placement. Staying up to date with industry trends to provide expert advice and insights. Meeting and exceeding targets to drive personal and team success.
What we're looking for: Experience in the Fire & Security sector. Whether you've been in recruitment, sales or just know your way around an intruder alarm, we want you! A proactive, results-driven approach to work. Someone who's not afraid of hard work but knows when to switch off. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
