Group Continuous Improvement Manager

to join our team of four and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, leaving a legacy, and optimising processes, this could be the opportunity for you. This is a multi-site position where you’ll work closely with factory general managers and our leadership team to collaborate and deliver impactful improvements. Redzone , building a legacy that sets new standards in manufacturing excellence. What You’ll Do Lead the deployment of Lean and CI methodologies to optimise workflows, reduce waste, and enhance product quality across multiple sites. Collaborate with factory general managers, site teams, and senior leaders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with group strategy. Champion the rollout of our manufacturing system, embedding it effectively and unlocking its full potential. Design, execute, and validate high-impact projects that align with our manufacturing strategy and long-term goals. Create a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring employees at all levels on Lean tools and CI techniques. Use data-driven insights to prioritise initiatives, track progress, and share best practices across the group. Qualifications We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in engineering with significant experience in FMCG or food manufacturing. Understand Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies, with the ability to implement them effectively. Can build relationships effortlessly and influence stakeholders across all levels, from factory floor to senior leadership. Have experience deploying systems like Redzone or similar manufacturing tools. Are data-savvy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bring energy, resilience, and a passion for leaving a lasting impact.
