Responsibilities:

Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Proactively engage and promote marketing and product promotions

Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate data input

Provide product and application advice to customers

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and customer service

Represent the organisation at trade shows and events as required

Adhere to service performance agreements and notify of any potential stock shortages

Promote effective communication and teamwork within the organisation

What you will bring to the role:

Sales experience in a similar industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems and data capture protocols

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
