Stafffinders have partnered with a travel company who are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Glasgow city centre.

As the initial point of contact, you will engage with customers and enquirers, carefully listening and recording details to ensure accurate responses or seamless handoffs to the correct department. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you'll handle inquiries, answer initial questions, and deliver exceptional service, playing a vital role in shaping positive first impressions. After gaining experience, you will join the 24/7 duty office rotation, offering assistance to customers during their holidays. Your personality, experience, and qualifications

For the Sales Support Administrator role, we are seeking a fluent or native English speaker with outstanding communication and telephone skills, combined with a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and prior administrative experience. Proficiency in using technology and systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of Scotland's geography and, ideally, that of Ireland and the wider UK. A passion for showcasing the value of UK and Ireland holidays as exceptional travel experiences is highly desirable.
