Sales Executive
to join a thriving and well-established business based in Mossley.
The Sales Executive will be a new role within the business, and this person will be responsible for the sales of a new product range within the business.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
Hours:
8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday & 8.30am - 4pm Friday
Benefits:
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% monthly bonus (based on sales and profit targets), six monthly profit share scheme, & the option to opt into the private healthcare scheme
Duties will include but not be limited to: Contacting existing and lapsed customers to promote and sell the new product range Developing new relationships through outbound sales (email marketing and via telephone calls) Researching new business prospects, and growing and developing a sales pipeline over time Sales order processing of customer orders Matching customer requirements to available products Producing and providing quotations to customers Updating customers on the progress of their orders Following up quotations that have been sent out and haven't resulted in an order Providing reports as required Working closely with the external sales reps and other sales employees to provide customers the best possible service
The required traits, skills, and background: Sales experience (new business or existing business/account management) Office-based experience (minimum 12 months) Experience of working for a manufacturing or distribution business would be advantageous but isn't essential Must be a confident communicator (written and verbal) with strong relationship building skills Sales and results focused A commitment to excellent customer service A good systems user Helpful and a great team player
