Your responsibilities as a Service Controller will include: Coordinating and dispatching skilled technicians to customer sites across the UK. Providing top-notch customer service by efficiently handling customer inquiries and requests for onsite repairs, via phone and email. Keeping customers informed throughout the service process to ensure a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Collaborating with the parts team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts in preparation for technician visits.
Service Controller desired experience/qualifications: A strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues over the phone and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience as a Service Controller/Coordinator.
