Responsibilities: Support secondary-aged students with EHCPs, including those with Autism, OCD, and varying levels of social anxiety. Engage in physical work while being pragmatic, facilitating academic progress based on each child's context. Implement various therapies and holistic processes; even small progress is celebrated as success. Understand and support students with Pathological Demand Avoidance and Pervasive Developmental Disorder. Focus on the diverse cognitive abilities of each student.
