We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional to join our thriving marketing and customer experience team.

This role will suit an experienced marketing executive, who can make an impact with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

What will I be doing? Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of marketing campaigns and activities such as:

Social media:

Campaign development including copy creation, graphics and videos for corporate social media channels. Campaign scheduling and reporting the results.

Email marketing:

Development and distribution of emails to prospects and existing customers using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Pardot.

Customer communication and retention marketing:

Support with the execution of customer retention campaigns.

Copywriting:

Development of compelling copy for a variety of online and offline marketing channels using different formats such as landing pages, flyers, brochures, e-books, posters and infographics.

Webinars:

Take ownership of our customer-facing webinar programme, including landing page creation, email promotion, running live webinars, managing on-demand content and channel reporting, as well as internal and external expert speakers recruitment and coordination.

Channel reporting:

Regularly report on results across channels such as social media, email and website.

Data management:

Administrative tasks such as maintaining distribution lists following marketing activities, updating the marketing activity planner and the editorial calendars.

What are the requirements? Bachelor's degree in marketing or related subject.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a hands-on marketing executive role.

Excellent copywriting skills.

Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proof-reading skills with attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Strong organisational skills and pragmatic approach to tasks.

Analytical thinker with ability to draw conclusions from data and reports.

Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.

Self-motivated and creative with a passion for marketing.
