Accurx has led the way in transforming how patients and their healthcare teams communicate with widespread adoption in Primary Care and a growing footprint in other care settings. As Finance Manager at Accurx you’ll be at the heart of this growth. As a fast-paced scale-up, staying on top of financial planning and analysis is core as we continue to grow and scale. Working closely with other members of our Finance Team at Accurx, you’ll be tasked with maintaining our financial model ensuring we’re accurately forecasting and growing sustainably as a business, ensuring all teams have the tools to deliver against our product vision and strategic bets into 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take their first step into industry and to learn the inner financial workings of a fast-paced scale-up!

Your day-to-day tasks, if you choose to accept this mission ... You will help to design and improve financial processes and tools that support the business's growth as we continue to scale. You will partner with department heads to set annual budgets and KPIs. You will work closely with them throughout the year reviewing them on a monthly basis to ensure we are on track. You will partner with our commercial operations team on revenue reporting to provide an accurate forecast and enable the company to plan accordingly. You will work on ongoing finance transformation projects. This currently involves working with our business unit leaders to set up appropriate reporting to make informed decisions.

You are a fully qualified accountant either with prior in-house experience or looking to take your first steps into industry. You have strong Excel skills and enjoy working within a spreadsheet. You are organised, move with pace and able to balance multiple projects at once, doing what it takes to get the job done. You are analytical and commercially-minded and able to see the big picture. You're excited by change and a fast-paced learning environment. You love solving problems, and relish the constant challenges a startup throws your way.
