Client Facing Project Director - Fit out Construction , £(Apply online only) per day outside IR35, 12 Month Contract, Bournemouth
12 month contract role for client facing project director. The projects are major refurbishment of offices and campus. You will need to be experienced in front of senior client-side stakeholders and also knowledgeable about fit-out delivery and construction.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with senior client-side stakeholders. Manage major refurbishment projects. Deliver fit-out construction projects.
Minimum Requirements: Experience working on major projects in a consulting/client-facing position. Ability to influence, communicate, and engage stakeholders. Proven example of project management at a senior/director level.
This role is on-site 4-5 days per week in Bournemouth, outside IR35 and circa £650 per day, initial term 12 months with a view to extend. This is a fairly quick start, so unfortunately long notice periods would not be considered.
