We are recruiting for a

Children's Home Registered Manager

to lead our team at a beautiful home in Salisbury, which accommodates up to six children aged 6 - 12 upon admission. You will be an experienced Registered Manager working in an environment where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

As the Registered Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers who support our children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma, using our trauma-informed practices embedded within our culture.

Our leadership team will invest in your progression as a professional in the child care sector. We provide up-to-date training opportunities and prioritize discussing your personal development goals to ensure you get the most out of your career.

We are looking for a committed and dedicated Registered Manager. You'll need to be a natural at building rapport with children and full of empathy to understand and relate to the young people you work with.

Minimum Requirements: - At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Setting within the last five years - Hold or be working towards your Level 5 in Leadership and Management - Minimum Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce - Proven track record with Ofsted and Legislative Framework

Our client provides bespoke residential children's homes for young people who have had a difficult start to life. Their homes are run by kind, compassionate, and resilient individuals who give children a sense of security they may have struggled to find until now. These individuals form deep connections that help turn children's lives around, acting as dependable role models with a positive influence that can last a lifetime.

Hours: On average 39 hours a week - some flexibility will be needed to ensure the smooth running of the home.
