About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Systems Manager to lead IT and business system improvements. This hands-on role involves maintaining system efficiency, driving automation, and enhancing functionality. You'll manage key projects and have opportunities for personal development and potential team growth. Responsibilities: Maintain and support all systems, including ERP (currently EFACS v8.6.2). Identify inefficiencies and implement automation for process improvement. Manage IT budgets and align with business needs. Ensure compliance with IT controls and disaster recovery processes. Lead system evaluations, implementations, and upgrades. Enhance reporting with SQL Server and tools like PowerBI. Provide training to team members. Collaborate on Cyber Essentials certification and IT security. Establish departmental KPIs with company teams. Oversee IT hardware refresh projects. What We're Looking For: 5+ years in a Systems or IT Management role. ERP expertise (EFACS experience is a bonus). Big-picture thinker with process improvement skills. Technical expertise in SQL Server and reporting tools. Proven track record of system automation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with IT security and Cyber Essentials. Organised and results-driven with project management experience. Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites.
