Key Responsibilities:
Coordination:
Manage and allocate service engineers from your designated depot. Scheduling:
Book all breakdowns and logged jobs for your area, ensuring smooth operations. Administration:
Input engineers' timesheets and process invoicing for all completed repair work. Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent requests.
