As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Customer Support Manager

to lead a dedicated Contract team and strengthen our customer partnerships. This role is all about building lasting relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and identifying new opportunities for account development. You will be a driving force in helping our clients achieve peak performance, making a real difference by improving their equipment’s reliability and operational uptime.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Lead and support Contract and Technical teams to exceed customer expectations and meet deadlines. Develop strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering future business opportunities. Manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance while proposing technical and commercial improvements to optimise service offerings. Analyse current and future client needs to provide solutions that align with their operational goals and market demands. Drive monthly targets in order intake, sales, gross profit (GP), and service delivery, ensuring success across key metrics. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and internal teams. Strong technical expertise in rotating machinery, with a focus on delivering tailored engineering solutions. A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and improve service offerings. Proven leadership in a customer-focused role, providing strategic direction to both Technical and Commercial teams. What we offer you:
