We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Home Care Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Position Overview: As the Registered Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our domiciliary care service in Salford. You will ensure that the service is compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service Ensure that the service is fully compliant with CQC regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing leadership and support as needed Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure high-quality care delivery Monitor and review care plans to ensure they are tailored to the individual needs of each client Manage the service budget and ensure financial viability Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal requirements Conduct regular audits to ensure the service is meeting quality standards Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Registered Manager with the CQC Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards Excellent leadership and management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and make difficult decisions Proficient in IT and record-keeping Passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development and progression Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and development opportunities Chance to make a positive impact on the lives of others If you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Care Manager looking to join a dynamic and growing team, we want to hear from you!
