We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join Primary and SEN schools across South London. These rewarding roles offer the opportunity to work with children of all abilities, helping them to reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Role As a TA/LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery. Working with small groups or one-to-one with pupils who may need additional support. Assisting children with their social, emotional, and academic development. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs (in relevant roles).

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, though full-time availability is preferred.

What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:

Passionate about working with children and supporting their development. Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Proactive, reliable, and flexible in their approach. Experienced in working with children (preferred) or eager to begin a career in education.

Previous experience in a classroom or SEN setting is beneficial but not essential. If you are new to this field, we welcome candidates with a strong commitment to learning and growing in the role.
