Operates in a safe way and complies with the appropriate Health & Safety legislation in all areas of its activities.
Conducts appropriate staff inductions and training to allow for safe and competent working and provides a safe, well-maintained environment for our team and any contractors or visitors.
Adheres to, improves, and exceeds requirements of all current and future accreditations that we hold such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BRCGS, SEDEX, FSC, Eco Vadis, etc.
Regular Health & Safety reviews and process updates in line with legislation and company policy, including staff induction and training.
Completion of all audits - regulatory and customer audits.
Providing audit training internally and facilitating internal audits.
Completion of customer data requests and compliance requests.
Compliance with all legislation related to running a manufacturing site, e.g., licenses to operate machinery, vehicles, and maintenance of the physical site.
