My client is looking for a talented
Design Manager
who will provide technical management on a range of projects across the South Coast. These projects will include Student Accommodation and high-rise projects, including residential developments.
This role would suit a driven design manager who has a broad understanding of managing the design process across a range of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will: Be computer literate, MS Office Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team Have good communication and inter-personal skills Have a full driving license Experience of technical design processes ensuring that work is undertaken to the correct standards and specifications, following the appropriate systems of work and quality assurance procedures. Experience of project management.
