Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: * Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to students at various levels (KS3, KS4, KS5, or equivalent). * Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and the educational needs of students. * Assess and evaluate students' progress through formal and informal methods, such as exams, quizzes, and assignments. * Provide clear and constructive feedback on students' work to support their development. Classroom Management: * Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. * Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure that all students are actively participating. Assessment & Reporting: * Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and achievements. * Prepare reports for parents and guardians, and attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirements: * A degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is preferred. * Relevant experience in teaching Business Studies at secondary or post-secondary level. Skills & Abilities: * Strong knowledge of Business Studies content, including economics, marketing, accounting, finance, management, and entrepreneurship. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. * Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students. * Organizational and time-management skills to manage lesson planning, assessments, and administrative duties. * Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
