We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities/Property Administrator to join a well-established brand based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the facilities team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Description Managing and organising all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the facilities department. Coordinating with various teams and departments to ensure operations are running smoothly. Manage the process of FOW - follow on works. Working collaboratively with the compliance team to ensure all compliance is met. Supporting suppliers and Property Managers. Support the regular meetings with contractors and suppliers to review progress and KPI's. Organising and maintaining facilities records and documents. Assisting in the planning and implementation of facilities projects. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion. Supporting the department in daily administrative tasks. Work within the guidelines and maintain GDPR requirements at all times.

Profile A successful Facilities Administrator should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - intermediate level. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Property maintenance experience - advantage. Knowledge of facilities management processes and best practices.

Job Offer An estimated salary range of £22,500-£24,000 per annum. A competitive holiday leave package. An opportunity to work in one of Chester's leading companies. On-site parking - amazing office facilities.
