A leading specialist sub-contractor based in Glasgow is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their busy business. As a respected and long-standing name in their corner of the market, they have enjoyed successful growth in recent years and are on a positive growth trajectory going into 2025!

They deliver a range of high-quality building envelope solutions, with a specialism in roofing and cladding. Project scale and value will vary, ranging from £5k to £1m.

As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple contracts and site teams simultaneously, managing and developing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Client Management:

Be the main point of contact for clients, leading client meetings and building strong, lasting relationships. Project Oversight:

Manage and deliver multiple contracts to the highest standards, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met. Team Leadership:

Oversee subcontractors and site-based managers; providing guidance and ensuring smooth operations across sites.

To be considered for this role, you will: Have proven management experience within the construction industry, preferably in main contracting or with a roofing and cladding specialist contractor. Have demonstrable experience leading projects and contracts of varying sizes. Have excellent leadership and client management skills. Be IT literate with a working understanding of Office 365 packages.

In return, you will receive: A salary between £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience. A company vehicle and fuel card. 3% employer pension contribution.
