We are currently searching for an Area Sales Manager East of England. £60k-£70k Basic (neg.) + (uncapped) Commission + Car + Benefits As a result of a major strategic pan-European restructure, including significant investment, Tremco CPG is now able to offer Architects and Clients an unprecedented single-source service for roofing solutions. The role To work as part of the regional team, developing the sales of the full range of Tremco Roofing solutions Sales and margin development in line with the agreed plan Establish and maintain close business relationships with key regional trusted partners contractors Develop long-term specifications with large regional facility owners Provide written and verbal specification support to clients Provide site support and guidance in line with our technical team Key responsibilities and skills Proven track record of selling Building products/systems Proven sales experience and experience in managing customer expectations and market requirements Excellent skills & ability to build relationships Positive and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative Must be able to prioritise and manage own workload Benefits Annual Leave: 25 days holiday (excluding BH) increasing to 27 days following length of service Life Assurance: 4 x salary Pension: matched at 5% Private Medical: Following 5 years of service Enhanced Family Leave Perkbox Suitable candidate locations: Colchester, Southend, Ipswich, Lincoln, Norwich, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, Essex, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk
